Products are items or catalogs displayed to customers. This guide will help you create and manage multiple products efficiently. Each product has its own detailed page with descriptions, images, and specifications to give customers a clear understanding and help them make informed decisions

Step-by-Step Guide to Import Products in Bulk:

1. Initiate Import Products:

  • On the left sidebar, click on the Products option.
  • Click the Add Product button in the top-right corner of your screen.
  • Choose the Import Products option to bulk upload products.

2. Download the File Template:

  • On the Import page, click on the Download File Template option and click Next.

3. Fill in the Product Details:

  • Open the downloaded template and fill in the necessary details for each product.
  • Notes for Filling Details:
    • Slider Images:
      Add multiple product image URLs separated by commas to show a slideshow.
      Example:
               https://example.com/image1.jpeg, https://example.com/image2.jpeg
    • Brand Name:
      Select the brand from the drop-down menu in the Excel sheet.
    • MRP:
      To enter prices like 1999.00, type a single quote (
      ') before the number in Excel to keep the format.
    • Product Specifications:
      Add specifications in the format:
      Key: Value. Use a new line for each specification.

  • After completing the Excel sheet, upload the file. Once uploaded, click Next.

4. Preview the Data and Import:

  • After uploading, the system will prompt you to preview the data. Review it carefully to ensure all details are accurate.
  • Click the Import button to complete the bulk import. Once done, a confirmation screen will appear.
