How to assign Role Based Permissions?

Role-based permissions are set up to control access to certain screens or features within a system. Sub-account holders with specific roles will have access to the screens assigned to their role.
Steps-by-step Guide to Assign Role-based Permissions
1. Navigating to Roles
- Click on the 'Settings' option.
- Navigate to the 'Company'. Once there, click on ‘Roles’ to add a new role.
2. Check Existing Roles or Create a New Role
- Here, you can select already added roles to check which screen access is provided to that role, or you can create a new role by clicking on the top-right corner.
3. Select Role and Assign Screen Access
- After filling the Role Name and Parent Name(optional) click on Add.
- The following options will appear on your screen. Choose the screens you want to grant access to for sub-account users with this role.
4. Choose Homepage for Sub-accounts
Also, choose the homepage that will be displayed upon logging into the portal for the sub-accounts and click on the ‘Save’ button on top right corner.
